ANIMATION COMPETITION

The 'Around the Clock' animation competition was open for submissions of animated shorts, no longer than 4mins, exploring at least one of the following themes: Clocks & Mechanisms, Time, Cornish Heritage, War Memorials, Decay & Restoration.

The Judging panel was made up of professional artists and animators, The Day-Light Group and members of St Day Parish Council.

The ten short-listed pieces were projected on the first night of the celebration and the winning animation chosen by public vote on the night. The winning piece was awarded a £75 prize and was added to our website.
